Google voice through OBI keeps ringing although the call was answered

Hi, this is a new setup at my cottage. So far I've only configured GoogleVoice on it, not ANVEO yet.

I called my cottage land line from my OBI to test it and although I answered the call from my land line once it rang, my OBI kept ringing it as if the call was not yet answered.

Calling any other numbers from my OBI for about a minute would simply be greeted by dead silence (ie, no ringing).

Anybody saw something like this before? This has never happened from my other OBI at my home.
